A real estate agency website needs to explain its inventory and expertise clearly enough for a buyer to take the next step. A large count of similar pages does not establish that value. Start with the markets and property questions your team can answer with evidence.
Match a page to a real decision
A market page can explain whom the agency serves and how the buying process begins. An area page should help compare locations using verified information relevant to the inventory. A development page needs the actual project, available units or a clear availability process, and a useful enquiry route.
Avoid creating a page for every combination of location, language and property adjective when the content is effectively the same. Decide whether a distinct page helps a buyer make a distinct decision. Keep important descriptions and links available in the rendered HTML.
Keep property information maintainable
Assign an owner for availability, prices and confirmed terms. If a unit sells, decide whether its page still provides useful project information or should lead to a relevant alternative. A misleading available listing can produce enquiries the sales team cannot fulfil.
Record the source and review date for factual claims. Explain the difference between a developer’s projection and an observed result. Documents about a transaction should be reviewed by the responsible specialist before their claims are used in marketing.
Connect the useful pages
Link market pages to relevant areas and developments, and link those pages back to the market and enquiry process. Descriptive links help visitors choose where to go. For language versions, the switch should lead to the equivalent content when it exists.
Include genuinely indexable canonical pages in the sitemap. Check that an intended landing page responds successfully and is not accidentally excluded by robots directives. Sitemap submission and IndexNow notifications help discovery; neither guarantees inclusion or ranking.
Google documents crawlable links and sitemap requirements. The IndexNow FAQ explains what an update notification does and does not guarantee.
Use evidence that belongs to the agency
Case studies, an identifiable team and clear contact information support the visitor’s assessment. Explain what happened in a campaign and over which period. Avoid using a property’s investment claims as evidence of an agency’s marketing performance.
Measure discovery and commercial value separately
Track search impressions and clicks by landing page, then website enquiries and qualified opportunities in their own systems. Preserve campaign and landing-page information in the CRM. A search click is not a qualified buyer, and a mention in an AI answer is not a completed sale.
