Advertising that pays back, for markets where the buyer speaks English

Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube for real estate, healthcare and e-commerce across the UAE, Thailand, Georgia, Europe and the US. We optimize campaigns on qualified leads and closed deals, feeding real CRM data back into the algorithms - which is why the numbers below are deals and revenue, not impressions.

Where budget dies

Problems clients arrive with

The same patterns burn 30-50% of a budget before a lead ever reaches a salesperson - whether you sell property, treatment or physical goods.

Budget flows out, qualified leads do not come in

Campaigns optimize on clicks and form fills rather than on buyers. The sales team burns out on junk contacts.

Conversion to qualified sits at 3-5%

Lead forms and cheap targeting deliver volume: twenty junk inquiries for every real one. Salespeople stop trusting the source.

No visibility into what actually works

There are reports but no unit economics. Which campaigns bring money and which burn it is anyone's guess.

A generalist agency that does not know your vertical

Property, clinics and e-commerce need different offers, different creative and different definitions of a qualified lead. One playbook does not stretch across them.

A long decision cycle with nothing holding the lead

On premium tickets a buyer decides for months. Without nurturing, the lead you paid for goes to whoever stayed in touch.

The leads arrive and the sales desk loses them

No CRM, no first-response target, no follow-up. The advertising is blamed for a problem that lives after the form is submitted.

Services

What we run for English-speaking markets

Two paid channels and the work around them. VK Ads and Yandex Direct are not on this list on purpose - they belong to the Russian-language market and are covered on the Russian version of this site.

Meta Ads
core channel
Facebook and Instagram

Our main channel for international markets. Campaigns optimize on qualified leads and closed deals through offline conversions, not on the cheapest form fill.

  • Look-alikes built from actual buyers
  • Offline conversions fed back from the CRM
  • Separate campaigns per language group
Google Ads
core channel
Search, Performance Max and YouTube

Transactional demand at the moment of intent, plus YouTube for verticals where the decision needs to be watched rather than read. YouTube runs inside the Google inventory, not as a separate line item.

  • Search on high-intent commercial queries
  • Performance Max for catalog and e-commerce
  • YouTube for long decision cycles
Creative production
Video and static at volume

Drone footage, interiors, scripted video with real people. Each creative is judged on qualified leads: the ones that work get reinforced, the rest are switched off.

  • Scripted shoots at the property or clinic
  • Batches of static for A/B testing
  • Rotation before the audience burns out
Analytics and attribution
From ad spend to payment

A lead is joined to the campaign and the creative that produced it, and a deal is joined back to both. Without that link, optimization runs on the wrong signal.

  • Conversions API and offline events
  • Unit economics per channel
  • Rejected leads excluded from targeting
Sales support
Where the leads actually die

In several of our cases the traffic was never the problem. We set up the CRM, write the follow-up process and train the sales team, because advertising that reaches an untrained desk does not pay back.

  • CRM with real funnel stages
  • First-response targets and follow-up cadence
  • Weekly training calls with the team
Comparison

Why the numbers come out different

The difference is not effort. It is what the campaigns are trained on and what happens to a lead after it arrives.

How we work

From audit to first qualified leads

No discovery phase that bills for a month. The first weeks produce a working funnel, not a strategy document.

01

Ad account audit

We look at what ran before, break it down by placement, offer and creative, and find where the budget actually went.

24 hours
02

Offer and qualification

We agree what counts as a qualified lead for your business, rebuild the offer per language group and prepare the landing pages.

3-5 days
03

Creative production

A scripted shoot at your property or clinic, plus batches of static for testing. We ship the first working set, not a single hero video.

1-2 weeks
04

Launch and CRM wiring

Campaigns go live while qualification data starts flowing from the CRM back into the ad algorithms.

week 2-3
05

Optimizing on deals

Weekly review of which creatives and audiences produce qualified leads, rejected leads excluded, working combinations scaled.

Our own software

Two products we built for ourselves first

We run an agency, and these tools keep our own deals and money from slipping through. Both are in production and open to other teams.

About us

A team per vertical, not one team for everything

WEBNOSTRA PERFORMANCE has been running paid acquisition since 2018, from a base in Phuket. Eleven specialists work in dedicated groups by vertical: the people running property campaigns in Dubai are not the people running a dental clinic in Prague, because the offer, the objections and the definition of a qualified lead are different in each.

What we do beyond media buying is the part that usually decides whether the advertising pays back: wiring the CRM so the algorithms learn from real qualification, writing the follow-up process, and training the sales desk. In several of the cases on this site the traffic was never the bottleneck - the handling was.

We also build our own software and use it internally before offering it to anyone else. Two of those products are available in English.

FAQ

Questions we get asked first

Which channels do you actually run for English-speaking markets?

Meta Ads as the primary channel, Google Ads including YouTube, plus creative production and analytics around them. We do not run VK Ads or Yandex Direct in these markets - those are Russian-language channels and belong to a different audience.

What counts as a qualified lead?

It is defined per project before launch, and it is always a hard criterion rather than a feeling. On a real estate project it typically means a genuine inquiry, a stated budget and readiness to place a deposit within a set period. That definition is what the campaigns optimize toward.

How quickly does a campaign start producing?

First results usually appear within the opening weeks. In our Andaman City case the first reservation came three weeks after launch; on Good Karma it was two weeks. On premium tickets with a long decision cycle, the deal itself lands later - what appears early is qualified pipeline.

Do you work with our CRM or do we need a new one?

We work with what you have. Where there is no CRM, or it exists but nobody uses it, we implement one - that has been part of the work on several projects, because feeding real qualification data back into the ad algorithms is what makes the optimization work.

Do you need one language per market?

Not necessarily. On Andaman City the Polish audience produced qualified leads at half the cost while all handling stayed in English. What matters is that the offer matches the audience: on Domex Group, Russian speakers responded to instalment plans and English speakers to transaction security, on the same properties.

What does an engagement start with?

An audit of your ad accounts within 24 hours, unit economics modeled against your offer, and cases from your own vertical. That part is free and carries no obligation.
