Sea Inside - 2 deals in 2 weeks after relaunching the ads
A Phuket real estate agency selling properties from $300,000. Traffic existed but was untargeted: only CIS audiences, nothing in English. We rebuilt the system, cut the cost of a qualified lead from $200 to $50 and got the first deals from the English-speaking market within two weeks
The client had traffic, but it ran idle. Ads targeted only the CIS, the Russian-speaking audience, through lead forms, and produced no results. The English-speaking market, where most Phuket property investors are, was not used at all. Russian-language leads were cheap on paper but did not qualify: inquiries came in and did not reach deals. A qualified lead in Russian cost up to $200. The leak was in both the traffic and the funnel
We rebuilt the advertising from two sides. We added English-language campaigns for the market the client had left idle. For the Russian-speaking audience we researched real needs and replaced the offer: the key message became the instalment plan. For the CIS we added an affordability filter, so people outside the criteria physically cannot submit an inquiry. The client already had a CRM; we set up correct status tagging and passed offline conversions back to the pixel so the algorithm learned to find people who actually buy
We will review your situation on numbers: current campaigns, cost-per-lead forecast, launch plan
Starting point
Sea Inside is a Phuket real estate agency focused on properties from $300,000. When we started in February 2026, ads ran only in the CIS through lead forms, the English-speaking audience was untouched and Russian-language leads did not qualify. A CRM was in place. The task was to rebuild the system, reach buyers who can pay and carry leads through to deals
What we rebuilt
Entry into the English-speaking market. We launched ads to the English-speaking audience, the main pool of Phuket property investors, which the client had not been using. The first deals came from here
Relaunch of the Russian-speaking audience. We researched needs and replaced the offer. The instalment plan became the key message, and the cost of a qualified lead fell from $200 to $50
Affordability filter for the CIS. People who do not meet the criteria cannot submit an inquiry, so untargeted leads stopped entering the funnel
Exclusion list refreshed every 7 days. We built our own list of rejected leads and spammers and excluded it from delivery, refreshing it weekly so the budget goes only to new target buyers
CRM statuses and offline conversions. Correct status tagging and offline conversions in the pixel let the algorithm learn on real deals, and marketing and sales got one shared picture
How it went
We started in February 2026 with the Russian-speaking audience and the new offer, and added English campaigns at the end of the month. Two weeks later the English audience brought two deals. The flow then became stable, and the budget grew from $1,000 in February to $5,000 a month
Before and after

- $16,000 spent over the period
