End-to-end analytics: from the ad click to the deal in your CRM

We join each lead to the campaign and creative that produced it and each deal to its lead, then pass qualified leads and deals back to Meta and Google as offline conversions. The ad algorithms learn from buyers, and you see which campaigns bring money

Who it suits

Who needs end-to-end analytics

Meta and Google optimize on the events you send them. Send "filled in a form" and they find people who fill in forms; send "qualified" and "paid" and they look for buyers. These are the businesses where that difference decides the result

Long sales cycles

Real estate, clinics with a high treatment value, B2B and premium services. Several touches, several managers and several channels before a deal. On Laguna moving the training signal to closed deals lifted conversion to sale several times over

Several channels at once

Meta, Google and Telegram each claim the same conversions in their own reports. A single attribution model shows where the deal actually starts

Many points of contact

Website forms, calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, Meta instant forms and office visits. Each one is tracked and tied to its traffic source

When a full stack is too much

One channel, one product and a short funnel do not need a data warehouse. Goals in GA4 and a basic CRM link are enough, and we say so

Problems

What breaks the data in most setups

  1. One goal: the thank-you page

The ad platforms see a form and nothing after it. We set up a hierarchy of events from micro-conversions to qualified lead and payment

  2. CRM stages never reach the ad accounts

A manager marks a lead as qualified and Meta never hears about it. We pass funnel stages back through the Conversions API, offline events, enhanced conversions and offline conversion import

  3. Browser-only tracking

iOS restrictions, Safari tracking prevention and ad blockers cut browser data. Server-side tagging and the Conversions API keep conversions reaching the platforms

  4. A CRM nobody fills in

If managers skip stages, the data lies. On Euro Dental the CRM existed without stages; we configured the funnel and run weekly training calls with the sales staff

  5. Reports in different places

The marketer reads the ad account, the owner reads the CRM, the sales head keeps a spreadsheet, and the numbers disagree. One dashboard with one set of definitions ends the argument

Approach

How we set up analytics

Business questions first

Which channel brings deals, which segment pays back, where buyers drop out. The tags and events are designed around those questions

A hard qualified-lead definition

Agreed before launch and written as a rule. On IBG Property: a genuine inquiry, a budget from $100K and readiness to place a deposit within three months, with a weekly export from the CRM

Offline conversions in every project

Qualified leads, meetings and deals go back to Meta and Google as part of the base setup. It is included in ad management from the first month

Rejected leads excluded

On Andaman City rejected leads are exported on a schedule and excluded from targeting, building a rejection base as we go

One source of truth

One dashboard, one attribution model, one set of KPI definitions for you, the media buyers and the sales team

Tied to the sales team

Analytics runs together with sales support: required CRM fields, stage discipline and training for managers, because the data starts with them

Cases where CRM data trained the advertising

Laguna - deals under $1,500 on properties priced from $500,000

Premium Laguna properties from $500,000, advertised for several agencies. We built the transfer of closed-deal data into Meta, so campaigns learned from people who reached a purchase, and conversion to sale rose several times over on the same budget. Over ten months: $80,000 of budget and more than 50 deals.

Good Karma Investment - 6 deals in 3 months, built from zero

An agency with no campaigns and no CRM at the start. We implemented Kommo CRM so every lead carries a status, and set up offline conversions back into Meta Ads. Over three months cost per deal settled at $633.

Domex Group - five traffic teams competed, one was kept, at $30 per qualified lead

A first advertising launch with five traffic teams competing on the same properties. Qualified leads flowed from the CRM into the pixel from the first month, and a qualified lead cost $30 on both the Russian and English groups. Ours was the team the client kept.

Euro Dental - a $20 qualified lead from the US and Canada

Leads were arriving and not buying. The placement breakdown showed almost every lead came through cheap Messenger conversations. A CRM existed without stages: we configured the funnel stages, run weekly training calls with the managers and moved the advertising to optimize on qualified leads.

Process

How the setup runs

  1. Week 1: audit and design
Current tags, GA4, CRM and integrations. The questions analytics has to answer, the event scheme and the data map from source to dashboard
  2. Week 2: base tracking
Google Tag Manager web and server-side, GA4 events, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, UTM tagging for every source
  3. Week 3: CRM and messengers
Two-way link with the CRM: leads arrive with their source, stages and deal values come back. WhatsApp and Telegram tracking
  4. Week 4: offline conversions
Funnel stages start flowing back to Meta and Google, and campaigns begin learning from qualified leads and deals
  5. Months 2-3: dashboard and optimization
A Looker Studio dashboard with spend, cost per lead and per qualified lead, CAC and ROAS by source. The effect on cost per qualified lead shows once the platforms have enough conversions to learn from
FAQ

Questions about end-to-end analytics

Short answers about budgets, timelines, reporting and how we work. If your question is not here, write to us: we reply within 1-2 hours during working hours

Ask your question
What is end-to-end analytics?
Joining every ad click to the lead it produced, the lead to its stages in the CRM and the deal to its revenue, then sending those stages back to Meta and Google. It answers which campaign brings deals, and it gives the ad algorithms a signal to optimize on qualified leads and deals instead of form fills
How do offline conversions from the CRM reach Meta and Google?
Through the platforms' APIs. In Meta through the Conversions API and offline events; in Google through enhanced conversions and offline conversion import. CRMs such as Kommo (amoCRM), Bitrix24, HubSpot and Pipedrive connect through native integrations or their API. We pass the stages agreed with you: qualified lead, meeting or viewing, deal
Is analytics a separate service or part of ad management?
The base setup is part of every ad management engagement from the first month: tags, server-side tracking, Meta Conversions API and offline conversions from the CRM. An extended stack with a data warehouse and custom dashboards is scoped separately
How long does setup take and when does it pay off?
One to two weeks for a basic link between the ad accounts and the CRM, about a month for a complex setup. Correct numbers in the dashboard appear in weeks 3-4. The effect on cost per qualified lead comes in months two and three, once the ad platforms have enough conversions to learn from
What results has passing CRM data to the ads produced?
From our English case studies: Good Karma Investment, a Phuket agency, got Kommo CRM with offline events into Meta Ads and closed 6 deals in three months on a $3,800 budget, at $633 per deal. Laguna on Phuket fed closed-deal data into Meta: more than 50 deals in ten months at under $1,500 per deal on properties from $500,000. Domex Group in Georgia passed qualified leads from the CRM into the pixel from the first month and held a qualified lead at $30
What if our CRM exists but nobody uses it?
Then the data starts in the sales team. At Euro Dental, a clinic in Los Cabos, a CRM existed without stages; we configured the funnel stages and run weekly training calls with the clinic's managers, and the advertising now optimizes on qualified leads: 87 qualified leads at $20. On Andaman City rejected leads are exported on a schedule and excluded from targeting
Who owns the accounts and data?
You do. Analytics, tag manager, Business Manager and dashboard accounts are registered to you, and we work through agency access. After the engagement ends you keep the setup, history and data
