Privacy policy
This Policy sets out how the owner of webnostra.pro handles the personal data of the site's users. It follows the requirements of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on personal data. This English text is a translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how the personal data of users of webnostra.pro (the "Site") is processed - users who leave their contact details through the site's forms, subscribe to mailings or otherwise pass their data to the owner of the Site.
1.2. The Site is owned and personal data is processed by WEBNOSTRA PERFORMANCE (the "Operator"). The Operator's contact address for any request concerning personal data: ceo@webnostra.pro.
1.3. Using the Site means the User agrees to this Policy and to the terms of data processing set out in it. A User who does not agree with the Policy should stop using the Site.
1.4. The Policy applies to all information the Operator may obtain about the User while the Site is being used.
2. Definitions
Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (the data subject).
Processing of personal data - any operation or set of operations performed on personal data: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, erasure or destruction.
User - a natural person who visits the Site and submits personal data through its forms or by other means.
Cookies - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's device. Cookies are used to recognise the User and remember their settings.
3. What personal data we collect
3.1. When a User fills in a form on the Site, the Operator receives the following data:
- Name, in full or first name only, at the User's choice;
- A contact phone number or a messenger handle (Telegram, WhatsApp);
- An email address, optionally;
- Information about the User's company and project that the User voluntarily includes in the comment field;
- Any other information the User provides voluntarily.
3.2. Data collected automatically when the Site is visited:
- IP address, device type, operating system, browser;
- Referral source (referrer, UTM tags);
- Pages visited and time spent on them;
- Cookies and session identifiers.
This data is collected in anonymised form and is used only to improve the Site and for web analytics.
4. Purposes of processing
The Operator processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling the User's inquiries and requests, including replying to them;
- Entering into and performing service contracts between the Operator and the User, or the company the User represents;
- Sending the User commercial proposals and related materials;
- Sending informational materials by email and messenger, where the User has consented;
- Improving the Site, analysing user experience and carrying out statistical and marketing research;
- Meeting obligations imposed by applicable law.
5. Legal basis for processing
5.1. The Operator processes personal data on the basis of the User's consent, given by completing a form on the Site and ticking the box confirming agreement with this Policy, or on any other lawful basis provided by applicable law.
5.2. Submitting personal data through a form on the Site constitutes the User's voluntary consent to its processing under this Policy.
6. Retention and erasure
6.1. Personal data is kept for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, and in any case no longer than five (5) years from the User's last interaction with the Operator, unless the law requires otherwise.
6.2. On the User's request, sent to the Operator's email address, their personal data will be erased from all of the Operator's systems within thirty (30) calendar days of the request, except where retention is required by law - for example, to perform obligations under a signed contract.
7. Sharing personal data with third parties
7.1. The Operator does not sell personal data and does not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes without the User's explicit consent.
7.2. The Operator may share personal data with the following categories of third party where this is necessary for the purposes of processing:
- Web analytics services (Yandex Metrica, Meta Pixel) - to analyse traffic and the performance of the Site. These services work with anonymised data and have their own privacy policies;
- Communication services (Albato, a Telegram bot) - to deliver inquiries into the Operator's working tools;
- The Operator's contractors under service agreements, where sharing the data is necessary to perform obligations towards the User - for example, contractors building landing pages or creatives;
- Public authorities in the cases provided for by applicable law.
7.3. Transfer of data to other jurisdictions (Thailand) may be necessary because the Operator is based on Phuket. Any such transfer is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law 152-FZ.
8. Security of personal data
8.1. The Operator takes the organisational and technical measures necessary to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution and any other unlawful action by third parties.
8.2. In particular, the Operator:
- Encrypts data in transit through the Site (SSL/TLS certificate);
- Limits access to personal data to the employees who need it to work with the client;
- Stores data in secured cloud services protected by two-factor authentication;
- Keeps its systems updated and applies current information security practices.
9. The User's rights
The User has the right to:
- Be told which of their personal data the Operator processes and for what purposes;
- Request that their personal data be corrected, blocked or erased;
- Withdraw consent to processing at any time by sending a request to the Operator's email address;
- Complain about the Operator's actions or inaction to the competent data protection authority;
- Exercise any other right provided by applicable data protection law.
To exercise these rights, the User may send a request to ceo@webnostra.pro. The Operator will respond within thirty (30) calendar days.
10. Use of cookies
10.1. The Site uses cookies to improve the user experience and to run analytics. Specifically, cookies are used to:
- Remember the User's settings and preferences;
- Recognise returning visitors, including for retargeting;
- Analyse use of the Site through Yandex Metrica and Meta Pixel.
10.2. The User can disable cookies in their browser settings. With cookies disabled, some functions of the Site may not work correctly.
11. Changes to this Policy
11.1. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Policy. When it does, the date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the document.
11.2. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes the User's agreement with the new version.
