Hair transplant advertising: 403 inquiries at about $5.3 in two languages
A hair transplant surgeon in Istanbul whose patients fly in from other countries. Two funnels in Russian and English: a lead form at $3.2 and a Reels to Direct auto-funnel at about $4.9 per conversation. 403 inquiries on a $2,130 budget
A trichologist and hair transplant surgeon operates in Istanbul. Patients travel from other countries for the procedure, so the decision takes time: they need to trust this particular doctor, understand the price and be sure the trip is organised. A single lead form is not enough for that kind of decision
We built several funnels for different levels of readiness and ran them in Russian and English. The direct funnel: patient result videos, then a lead form or quiz, then the clinic manager. The auto-funnel: the doctor's Reels video, the viewer sends a code word in Direct, and an automated chat warms them up and brings them to a consultation

Situation
Dr. Sofia Pirnazaroff is a trichologist and hair transplant surgeon who operates in Istanbul. Patients fly in from the CIS, Europe and the Americas. This is medical travel: between the first touch and the surgery there is the choice of doctor, the price, the flight and the hotel
What we did
Two languages, different geographies. Russian: CIS countries, Europe, Turkey. English: Europe, the US, North and Central America
Content from the doctor. Real patients, results after 10 months and after a year and a half, case breakdowns. Trust in the doctor sells better than a promotion
An all-inclusive offer. Airport pickup, hotel, an escort, aftercare: the patient sees that the whole trip is taken care of
Lead forms, quizzes and Direct. We compare channels by cost per inquiry and by the share of inquiries that reach a consultation
Timeline
July 2026. Launch: direct funnel to a lead form in Russian and English. First leads at about $3
August. Wider geography (CIS, Europe, US), quizzes added
September. Reels to Direct auto-funnel launched
October. Scaling both funnels
Numbers (July - October 10, 2026)
- $2,130 ad budget
- 403 inquiries: 298 form leads and 105 Reels conversations
- ≈$5.3 average cost per inquiry
- $3.2 per hair transplant lead form lead (Russian and English)
- ≈$4.9 per conversation in the Reels to Direct auto-funnel
The average is higher than each of the two main funnels because the budget includes quiz tests and geography expansion. The clinic tracks consultations and surgeries in its own CRM. We will add them once the client shares them
What to take from this
Build the ads around the doctor. A patient from another country buys a specific surgeon and an organised trip. The doctor’s videos, patients and answers do more than any price offer
Run two funnels for two kinds of patients. Those who have decided leave a form right away. Those who hesitate send a code word and get to a consultation through the chat. One funnel loses one of the two groups
Show the logistics in the offer. Pickup, hotel and aftercare answer the “how will I manage abroad” question before the patient asks it
