NextPoint Condominium - a developer launch from zero
A $3,600 budget and 175 qualified leads at $20 each. 45% of inquiries qualified
A new project advertising from zero: no website, no brand awareness, no proven creatives. The developer needed a first wave of qualified leads quickly to see the economics and decide whether to scale the budget
We built a fast landing page around the product's key benefits: location, instalment plan, completion dates. A quiz qualifying leads by budget and purchase timing sat before the form from day one. Creatives were made for two segments in parallel: Russian-speaking investors and English-speaking expats. Meta Ads optimized toward qualified leads through the Conversions API rather than raw inquiries
We will review your situation on numbers: current campaigns, cost-per-lead forecast, launch plan
Context
NextPoint Condominium is a new condominium project on Phuket. When we came in, the client had no landing page, no analytics and no creatives. The task was to launch advertising quickly, confirm the economics and decide on scaling
What we did
Week 1. Landing page and quiz. A one-page landing with the proposition, prices, instalment plan, layouts, developer and contacts. The key element was a three-question quiz before the form: budget, purchase timing, for living or for rent. The form appeared only after the quiz
Week 2. Creatives for two segments. Russian-speaking investors saw the apartment as an investment. English-speaking expats saw location, community and the distance to the beach. Two separate lines rather than one universal creative
Week 3. Meta Ads launch. Two ad groups, Russian and English. Optimization from the start toward the qualified lead (quiz completed plus form submitted) through the Conversions API
Week 4. Funnel tuning. We reviewed the first 100 leads, removed creatives with a high cost per lead and low qualification, and added new angles: the developer’s 0% instalment plan and the neighbourhood’s ready infrastructure
Results
- 175 qualified leads on a $3,600 budget
- $20 per qualified lead
- 45% of inquiries qualified
- The developer decided to scale: the budget for the next quarter was tripled
What worked
Quiz before the form. For a high ticket, a user who has answered three questions and already invested effort leaves contacts deliberately. 82% of inquiries reached a call
Separate segments at the creative level. One creative for «Phuket property for everyone» does not work. The Russian-speaking investor sees yield, the expat sees lifestyle. The landing page was the same, the way in was different
